Arrive at either the Redding, CA, airport (60-minute drive) or Medford, OR, airport (90-minute drive via Ashland, OR—a renowned hub of higher consciousness). Rent a car, and enjoy the scenic drive to the charming, mystical mountain town of Mount Shasta, nestled in Trinity National Forest.
Feel the intoxicating energy of the Mountain itself, a high-frequency mega-vortex of powerful healing energies and a perennial “magnet” for spiritual seekers. The second largest volcanic peak in the continental U.S., Mount Shasta dominates the Cascade range of northern California with an ethereal majesty. It is a prominent landmark along the historic Siskiyou Trail (now Interstate 5), an ancient Native American trade route.
This energetic “motherboard” of a mountain has long been sacred to Native Americans, including the local Shasta and Karuk tribes. Dinner and overnight at Best Western Plus Tree House Hotel, with a stunning view of the 14,161-foot face of Mt. Shasta.
Optional breakfast. Gather in hotel meeting room for introductions and ceremony to support our sacred work (and play). Dana will share esoteric teachings and practices from ancient Lemuria and Atlantis to optimize our experience at sacred sites on and around Mt. Shasta.
Drive to the Mountain and Red Fir Flat, where we will have a Picnic Lunch among the majestic fir trees. After lunch, drive a short distance to Salt Flat, with a stunning view of the Mountain. Here, we will take a shamanic journey to the Inner-Earth city of Telos to meet the Lemurians and/or reunite with our Lemurian soul family.
Mt. Shasta is famous for its legendary connection to the lost continent of Lemuria, believed to have sunken in the Pacific Ocean several hundred thousand years ago. Highly advanced, mystical beings from ancient Lemuria, who are part of the Agartha Network of Inner-Earth peoples, are said to live in tunnels deep inside the mountain. Many visitors claim to have seen and interacted with Lemurians on the surface.
Free time before dinner to relax or explore the myriad metaphysical delights of the charming town of Mt. Shasta, just a few blocks away from the hotel. Welcome dinner at Lily’s, a Shasta favorite. Overnight at Best Western Plus Tree House Hotel.
Optional breakfast. Drive to the Mountain and hike a short distance to Bunny Flats. Gather in a beautiful fairy glen with Dana for ascension mastery teachings and practices to transition to 5th-dimensional living.
Afterwards, take a meditative walk through Panther Meadows to connect with the Ascended Masters, angels, and other celestial beings for guidance and more clarity about our soul’s mission. In the 1930s, Godfré Ray King (Guy Ballard), author/channel of the timeless I AM books, wrote of meeting Master Saint Germain on the slopes of Mt. Shasta. His book Unveiled Mysteries chronicles the miraculous event that allegedly quickened his ascension. Lunch at local café.
Afternoon drive to the otherworldly Lake Shasta Caverns
(48 minutes), a series of 250-million-year-old natural limestone caves accessible via a boat ride across the sparkling emerald lake. Explore mystical vaulted chambers with exquisite rock formations formed by flowing water. In this magical subterranean world, we will connect deeply with Mother Earth and the Inner Earth beings of the Agartha Network to ground and rebalance our energy, catalyzing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Return to Mt. Shasta.
Dinner at foodie haven Café Maddalena in nearby Dunsmuir (13 minutes). Overnight at Best Western Plus Tree House Hotel.
Optional breakfast. Begin our day with a sacred water ceremony at the pristine headwaters of the Sacramento River in Mt. Shasta City Park. Bring an empty bottle to collect some of this highly charged water from the Mountain. Then drive to ethereal Hedge Creek Falls (20 minutes), site of an ancient Lemurian water temple, for an ancestral clearing ritual.
Lunch in Mt. Shasta. After lunch, drive to exquisite Castle Lake (20 minutes), surrounded by mountains and rocky cliffs. Bring your bathing suit should you want to take a dip in the lake (the water is cold). Enjoy dramatic views of Mt. Shasta along the way. At Castle Lake, we will tap into the potent energies and portals of Mt. Shasta to enhance your inner vision, deepen your connection to Spirit, and accelerate your ascension process. Take a meditative hike to Heart Lake, following the trail along Castle Lake to this beautiful heart-shaped lake ensconced in the cliffs. Anchor our vision for the New Earth and immerse more deeply in the magic and mystery of the Shasta vortex. Drive back to Mount Shasta. Dinner on your own.
After sundown, bring a blanket or yoga mat and drive to a secluded spot on the Mountain for nighttime stargazing. Reconnect with your intergalactic origins, gain greater access to your multidimensional gifts and Divine creator powers, attune to Infinity consciousness. Overnight at Best Western Plus Tree House Hotel.
Optional breakfast. Drive to McCloud Falls (34 minutes)—a trio of gorgeous cascading waterfalls in the small town of McCloud—to integrate our sacred work with practices to deepen the union of heaven and earth within, while sustaining our Joy.
Drive back to Mt. Shasta. Lunch. Free time to explore more of the Mountain or Mt. Shasta town, noted for its wonderful crystal shops, metaphysical bookstores, and cozy cafes. The I AM Reading Room, with its wealth of spiritual information, is the birthplace of the global I AM movement.
Farewell dinner on the outdoor patio of a local restaurant. Overnight at Best Western Plus Tree House Hotel.
Optional breakfast. Flights back home, or extend your stay and continue to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the region. Happy travels, until we meet again!

Rooms at our discounted group rate average out to be $257/night (factoring in higher/lower rates for the weekend/weekdays).
Pay for your room on site when you check out. I will match you with a roommate, if desired. Breakfast at the hotel is $10 (with full menu).
